Brehm Holds International Feast During Break

Students from across the globe call Brehm home. During breaks, not all students have the opportunity to travel to be with their families. On behalf of some international students, Brehm staff joined together to create a feast that would be reminiscent of their countries.

The dinner consisted of a wide array of dishes from the Latvian, Canadian, Nigerian and American cultures. Staff prepared dishes such as: Kladu Rausi, Snitzel, Peanut Butter stew, fufu, Jerk Chicken, cole slaw, Egusi, Eba and American classics like ham, mashed potatoes & gravy, macaroni and cornbread.

The support of Brehm staff and the cooperation of students is what makes our family model a success!
